Today's middle school softball game at Troy Howard has been postponed. A new date will be determined as soon as possible. The team will attend tonight's sports banquet.
Today's high school baseball playoff game at Lisbon has been postponed to tomorrow at 4:00.
Due to the forecast of inclement weather this Thursday, the graduation venue is being changed to the Wiscasset Middle High School Gymnasium.
A reminder that the spring sports banquet will be tomorrow at 6:00. The potluck sign up is still open.
In the event that the middle school softball game is once again postponed, the team will attend the banquet. Another date for a separate awards ceremony for the team will be set if the game is played.
An update regarding middle school softball. Due to incoming rain, today's playoff game at Troy Howard has been postponed to Monday, June 5 at 3:45. The bus will leave at 1:50.
This is the same night as the spring sports award banquet. The softball team will be honored with a separate ceremony at a date/time to be determined in the future.

The Wiscasset School Department has been working on improving the Safety Plan and Protocols this year all over our schools.
At the May 9th 2023 School Committee meeting the following motion was made to - "To close the track area to the public from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and to post signage"
Thank you for understanding why we need to implement this from a safety perspective.
Tomorrow is the middle school Busline League Championship meet! The meet will begin at 3:30 at Belfast High School. Here is some information for the meet:
-There will be a gate fee for spectators: $1 student, $2 adults, $5 family
-Parents can park in the lower paved parking lot, the upper lot or around the fencing.
-Please, no dogs!
-The concession stand will be open.
Due to a scheduling conflict, tomorrow's Booster Club meeting has been moved to Tuesday, May 23 at 6:30 in the WMHS library
Any high school student, including incoming freshmen, who is interested in cheering next fall should attend an informational meeting this Friday with Coach Kirkpatrick from Morse beginning at 10:30 at the high school.
We will continue to have a co-op arrangement with Morse for cheering next season.
Today's postponed high school baseball game at Madison has been moved to Saturday, May 20 at 10:00 AM. The bus will leave Boothbay at 7:00.
