Today is Early Release Day at Wiscasset School Department. WMHS will dismiss at 11:50am and WES will dismiss at Noon.

The annual town meeting to vote on the school department budget is Monday, May 16, 2022 at 6pm in the WMHS gymnasium. Please come support our Schools.

WES is excited to announce that we are actively looking for incoming Pre-K and Kindergarten students for the 2022-2023 school year. Please contact the school office at Wiscasset Elementary School at 207-882-7767 or email pkilborn@wiscassetschools.org if you have a child that is eligible for our Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten Programs. Kindergarten Screening will be held in mid-late June. Pre-Kindergarten If you have a child that will turn 4 on or before October 15th, 2022, please reach out to let us know of your interest in the Pre-K program. Kindergarten If you have a child who will turn 5 on or before October 15th, 20022, please contact the school office so that we can include your child in planning for the 2022-2023 school year.
