Dear Parents and Students,

We are excited to kick off our Nature in Bloom Fall Flower Bulb Fundraiser! Our goal is to raise $1,000 to cover the annual cost of our Hudl sports technology software. This software allows families and friends to virtually stream WMHS sports, graduation ceremonies, plays, art shows, and award ceremonies.
Fundraiser Highlights:

50% Profit Margin: Helps us reach our goal faster. Affordable Pricing: Items range from $9.00 to $38.50. Great Selection: 24 beautiful flower bulb varieties available for fall planting.

Key Dates & Details:
September 18 – Kick-off: Fall Flower Bulb brochures will be sent home with students.
September 18 – October 2 – Sales Period: Please aim for 10 sales per student and record all orders clearly on the order sheet. All payments must be collected up front. Please make checks payable to Wiscasset Boosters.
October 2 – Order Turn-in: All order forms and collected funds must be turned in by this date to ensure timely delivery.
October 16 (Tentative) – Pick-up: Please plan to pick up your bulb orders on this date and deliver them to your supporters promptly. We will confirm the exact date closer to delivery.

Safety Reminders:
Students conducting door-to-door sales must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
