A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this year's Set for Success another great one for Wiscasset students. Superintendent Andersson, Principals Clements and Hennessey, and many of our teachers and staff were on hand to welcome families. Students were able to go home with a backpack filled with the school supplies they'll need for the year ahead. Volunteers gave free haircuts, and there were plenty of other giveaways too, including ice pops and ice cream treats. Events like this are what community is all about, and the wonderful turnout of both helpers and families showed it.
