When an elderly couple needed help moving firewood before winter, four Wiscasset High School basketball players along with Athletic Director, Brandon Rogers, volunteered to help. Without hesitation, they spent their time stacking wood, ensuring their neighbors would stay warm through the winter. These young athletes gave their time without complaint and worked hard with smiles on their faces. They represented our school and community well, a reminder that being a good athlete means being a good citizen first.
