WMHS Seniors Participate in Job Fair
WMHS Seniors attended the Lincoln County Job fair in Newcastle to facilitate connections between job seekers and potential employers.
The Maine job fair is an event where local employers and recruiters connect with potential Wiscasset students, offering a platform for job seekers to learn about various companies and opportunities. WMHS students networked and gathered information on different companies in Lincoln County. The local businesses benefitted through talent acquisition and assessed many potential Wiscasset job candidates.
Some of the local businesses included Bangor Savings, Bath Savings Institution, Bristol Parks and Recreation, Central Lincoln County Ambulance Service, Central Lincoln County YMCA., First Federal Savings and Loan, First National Bank, Hagar Enterprises, Hodgdon Yachts, Kieve-Wavus Leadership Camps, Lincoln County Television, Maine Department of Corrections, Mid-Coast Energy Systems, Inc., and the University of Maine Darling Marine Center.
